The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pub and restaurant, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.

We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
