This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary snacks, cereals and drinks. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. NE facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.

Paid street parking at certain times ( read signs, 6c for 10 minutes, up to 1 hour for $1 or 2 hours for $2 ), other times free. Overnight parking is not a problem. I normally have no problem finding a spot nearby.
