October to March is available for the perfect person at a lower rate. We have turtle season, scuba diving, hiking, biking, free diving and fishing. Welcome to the Ningaloo Nest. A homely beach shack with a touch of timber. Freshly renovated to accomodate families, friends, music and laughter. A breezy outdoor entertainment area and gated yard for the kids/ pets to roam. 5 minutes walk to town where you will find everything Exmouth has to offer ; fine dining, pubs, cafes, restaurants and a kids waterpark . Not to mention the bakery . Plenty of space for caravans, boats and even a spot to fillet your fish .

Relax on the Reef

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish home. We've recently renovated a large portion of the home, with updated living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and backyard. Our home is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the beach and town, featuring an open plan living and kitchen, flooded by light in the mornings and evenings. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!

Walking distance to the beach!

Come stay at our modern and family-friendly home. Every room has a TV to give you a luxurious hotel feel. Enjoy a cup of coffee from our coffee machine and relax by the fire pit to keep you cosy during the winter months in your garden oasis. Our location is perfect, as we are adjacent to the marina and town beach, and within walking distance to the resort for evening cocktails and the game fishing club for sports night!

Located on the canals in Exmouth Marina, this property is a short stroll to Town Beach and Mantarays Resort.
