Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.

Other locations a bit farther is the Met life stadium, Red Bull Arena, and American dream mall, all 40 minute drive ( on a good day :)) This is a cozy, home like lower level suit! Family friendly, has board games! Only 1 queen size bed and a pull out couch is available if needed.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.
