Had a great stay at this property! It was actually way bigger than the pictures make it seem. It easily slept 4 with the roll out bed provided. Space was centrally located to downtown so everything was within walking distance. The included parking space was game changer! Would definitely stay here again

Coby’s place was perfect for my fiancé and I! The place was spotless, super cool in terms of decor, perfect location to everything walkable (restaurants, bars, and the water!!) I would 100% stay here again. 5/5 across the board!

We loved this place ! It really does feel like home away from home. Simple and clean. The place is literally just a 5 min walk to the beach. We were able to take the dogs for a stroll as this place is pet friendly. We felt tucked away from the world but were mins from everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute. Our hosts were probably the nicest and friendliest people we’ve encountered on Airbnb. They responded quickly, every time. I swear their kindness just pulsed through the phone. Thanks for everything!!

Great home for the weekend, close to the beach and had all the amenities to cook and more! Beautiful outside patio and seating area. Bed extremely comfortable. We had to check in late and hosts were very accommodating and phenomenal!

We had a short but sweet stay! The location is pretty unbeatable if you’re not going to be waterfront. Easy walk across the bridge to public accesses and restaurants and coffee! The backyard was fantastic for our toddler to run around freely and safely. The hosts were the best kind of people. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I’m very familiar with the area and the house felt like a secluded getaway from the tourists and traffic on the island. Big bonus!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway on Topsail Island. Jopseph's place is very spacious, even when staying with two couples you'd have plenty of room in case of bad weather. Getting to the beach is less than three minute walk and a popular bar and small convenience store are right across the street, so you won't even need your car.

I absolutely loved this place. It was so convenient for me and my friends. He was very friendly and super nice. He gave us great recommendations. I would totally recommend him to everyone. I would absolutely stay again.

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. Seabreeze was a great little getaway. It was off the main stretch of beach so you aren’t on top of your neighbors. The owners were friendly and helpful, telling us about the fishing and other things we could do. The dock was amazing with Bluetooth speakers and great views. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful trip to the coast. Would love to come back!

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view
