Very private lake front oasis with lots of amenities and WiFi. Beautiful lake view with an in ground heated swimming pool, private stocked pond, walking trail, game room, playground, theater room, basketball court, workout room, and indoor pickleball court. This retreat would be perfect for multi-generational or multi family gatherings. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms and a bunk room for children. A separate detached space has a bedroom and full bathroom. (8 Adults Max)

Relax in this fully-equipped, light-filled, open concept home with patio doors that lead you out to the wrap around deck with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The condo is within walking distance to all the amenities: restaurant/bar, beach, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, pickleball, racket ball and tennis courts.

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and private swimming pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
