Private One Bedroom Downstairs Flat with Kitchen

This quiet and bright one bedroom flat is located in West Harbour and is downstairs from our main house and has sneaky views of the nearby estuary. It has one bedroom with queen size double bed, full kitchen, lounge, laundry and a private deck. Our preferred check-in times are between 2pm-8pm. Alternative arrangements may be made prior to date of arrival. For stays longer than a week, bedding and towels will be changed and the flat cleaned. This property is strictly non smoking/vaping.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

Albany 2 bedroom courtyard retreat

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Plus we provide you with cereal, milk, bread and spreads to help you get started in the morning.

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
