Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Water view, boatslip, cozy coastal getaway!

Condo #203. Lovely evenings on the balcony overlooking the water. Cozy but spacious for you and guests. 2nd floor unit. Primary bedroom with King size bed and spacious bathroom, and work space area, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds top twin bottom Queen/full size and additional twin. 2nd bathroom is a Common bathroom. Fireplace, Pool and hot tub for all to enjoy. Bring your boat this condo has a boat slip! Bring kayaks or paddle boards this property is on a water canal. Beaches are 6-8 mins. drive.

8/Fishing dock/Ground Floor/hot tub/Beach/king bed

Howdy! Our vacation beach king bed suite is on the north Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. We are right on the canal and ground floor. No steps! Enjoy fishing from our private back porch and shared fishing docks. Beautiful water view at the updated Swimming pool and hot tub. One king bed in the bedroom, Daybed with a trundle & one queen sofa bed in the living room. Close to the beach and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. Come and enjoy this beach paradise.

Padre Dreams Villa is a cozy one bedroom condo at the Beach Club Condominiums on beautiful North Padre Island. This 1st floor condo is a perfect location for any couple or small family looking to get away for a week or a month. The unit overlooks a serene private stocked pond with a beautiful gazebo on one side and just steps to the heated community pool and hot tub. Padre Dreams is a short walk to the beach where you can have some fun in the sun and experience breathtaking sunrises.

This condo sleeps up to 4 people with 1 king sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa. On site amenities include gym, hot tub, pool (heated year round) and sauna all available for guests to use during your stay. There is also community access to an outdoor BBQ grill, car/boat washing station, and local lake.

Oceanside Retreat

A short walk from the beach, come enjoy your stay at this cozy ocean view retreat. Sip your cup of coffee or enjoy a nice dinner while watching the sunrise/sunset on the balcony. This cute little gem is close to many bars/restaurants. Golf cart available and recommended at the lowest rate on the island with condo rental. This 1/1 king suite has a brand new memory foam mattress, a futon couch/bed, & 2 smart TV’s. Beach chairs and equipment included.

#109 Studio with pool, walking distance to beach!

Newly remodeled efficiency condo. The condo is in a private entrance gated courtyard with patio furniture and on-site laundry facility. Best family beach is only a short walk away with seawall, free parking, and outdoor showers! Seasonal golf cart rentals nearby. Condo furnished with a queen-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, toaster oven, and cooking supplies. **There are absolutely no pets allowed.

1st Floor Waterfront Pool Hot Tub Boat Slip Access

Ground floor | 1br/1ba | private patio | boat slip access | pool | washer/dryer... Charming, on the water condo offers a perfect blend of comfort & convenience and is on the first floor. Just 7 minutes to the Beach. Take a dip in the hot tub, enjoy a swim in the pool, or simply lounge poolside and soak up the sun. Pool, hot tub and water pavilion totally refurbished! Boat slip available on request with the condo. NO pets.
