This was our second time at this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back. It’s very well located, and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is well-equipped, the mattress is quite comfortable, and there are towels available. We truly recommend it!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus von Brigitte. Eine sehr liebevolle Einrichtung, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt und alles ist grosszügig vorhanden was man braucht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Community mit gut geheiztem Pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Place was Clean and comfy. Had a nice view of the beach and Short walk to the beach. Nice an helpful host What more can you ask for? .

Great central location! Everything one could need for a trip to the beach, bikes, tennis clubs, cooler, beach chairs!! Very thoughtfully furnished space.. (though, beware the Queen beds are a bit hard).. Overall, I’d stay again in a heartbeat..

Location and accomodations were exactly as described by hosts. Peaceful and private, this villa is a true hidden gem in beautiful Naples. Easy drive to the beach and other distinct but equally amazing destinations, such as the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. We truly enjoyed our 5 night Spring Break stay. The hosts' notable care and responsiveness stood second to none and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you again Ailyn and William. You guys made an impression and we are looking forward to booking your place again in the future.

That is one of the most beautiful peaceful places I have stayed. Felt like an amazing vacation great reset for my body and mine. Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia. La casa es mejor incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos, muy amplia, práctica, limpia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Las camas súper cómodas. La atención de Nicky ha sido de 10. Muchas gracias por todo, nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de Naples a España!🥰

We have stayed at countless AirBNBs for years, and Tanya’s impeccable home is our all-time favorite! The home is even better in person than in the photos. The floor plan allows for guests to have a lot of privacy. All of the bedding and linens were luxurious and we were so comfortable! I could go and on! Tanya was an incredibly gracious and kind hostess, with excellent communications. Our favorite parts: the heated pool, grill, peacefulness and privacy, high end furnishings, stocked kitchen, the bicycles, beach equipment, fishing on the lake, and the access to the private pickleball courts. We cannot wait to come back!! Thank you, Tanya!

My family and I had an excellent time at Bill’s home. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Our kids really enjoyed the loft bedroom and the pool!

I'd like to say this house was so beautiful. The pool area was stunning! Community is gated, and very gorgeous itself. Check in and out was a breeze. Home was very spacious for our family. Everything we needed was already provided within the home. The host was quick to respond to anything we may have needed, but we didn't really reach out since we had everything we needed. They were so gracious and let us check in a little early after traveling 16hrs on the road with kids. (Thank you for that!) The only thing I'd say was the floor was a tad dirty. We noticed it when we walked around in our socks, but that is okay, nothing the washer couldn't get out. Our family would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for the full month of February. The house was as described. We enjoyed the heated pool. There were lots of pool and beach accessories. The mattresses were comfortable. Easy access to Vanderbilt Beach and the shops and restaurants of the Mercato. Simona was a pleasant and responsive host.

Wonderful house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. House is spacious, with comfortable beds and couches throughout. Lots of games and toys for kids, including the ping pong table and equipment. Tons of closet space and drawer/cabinet spaces for storage. Lots of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Beautiful kitchen. Backyard and pool area very nice, with peaceful view of lake behind the house. Relaxing pool and lounge outdoor lounge area. Great wifi and lots of outlets everywhere. Great communication with hosts throughout. We would love to come back to this home.

We could not be happier with our accommodations. Comfortable beds, good AC, perfect size heated pool. 4 bedrooms with very convenient beds’ setup was perfect for our group: 4 adults and 4 kids. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. The house was stacked with everything we could potentially need. Thank you for everything, you made our vacation perfect!

Mariana’s house is beautifully decorated, everything that one’s needs to feel home is provided. There are 3 coffee makers! The living room has a lot of games and books, plenty of throw blankets and pillows. We, loved the pool and the pond area. We played pickleball every day- there are two pickle courts, a tennis court, playground, beach volleyball and basketball. Mariana has all sort of balls and two tennis racquets, to accommodate for sport enthusiasts. I recommend bringing your own pickle paddles. We left a bunch of pickleballs. We didn’t go to the beach so we didn’t use any of the provided chairs, umbrellas, coolers and etc. but Mariana has them available. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, we barely saw anyone and had not heard any noise whatsoever. Mariana is a great host, she responded to all of our questions within 10 minutes, but mostly within 2-3. Mariana, went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had an amazing time.

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for any needs a family would have. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfy and there is great backyard to hang out in.

Beautiful location, within a safe, guard-gated neighborhood. Has it's own cute pool, but you also have access to the two community pools which are a great added bonus! Very quiet neighborhood with little noise.

Just perfect! This is literally the best vacation home we’ve ever visited. The home was fully equipped in every aspect, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable and stylish living areas. We were so impressed by the many thoughtful details that truly showed the host's commitment to a best-in-class experience. Plus, the host was always super fast and friendly whenever we reached out with questions or for recommendations. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family – it’s a gem!

This house was perfect for a week of relaxation with our family! Spent most of the week hanging around the pool, but very short walk to the beach as well. Plenty of pool towels and toys! Jon was an awesome host - provided so much info and very clear communication!
