Heritage plant-filled apartment!

Live like a local at this peaceful yet centrally located apartment. Beautiful former hotel heritage building. 3 mins walk to North Mel station, close to the city yet neighbourhood feeling. It's just my apartment, not a professional hotel room, but it’s very comfortable and full of character - hand made things, art and plants. I'm just covering costs while I'm away, like the early days of airbnb- so you get to live like a real local! I'd also love to find guests who are happy to water the plants.

As we are walking distance from the CBD there in street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property. No kitchen - has hotel style coffee machine & frother, toaster, microwave, cereals & small fridge.
