This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.
