Amenities include coffee, tea, juice, soda, cereals, snacks, pancake mix, and even maple syrup gathered in our own local woods. Relax and unwind at the end of the day in our whirlpool for two. Stay on the first floor of this 1880 home located in the 4th largest Amish Community in the United States. Nestled in this historic small town of Mesopotamia, is a unique New England style circle called "The Commons". Take our sidewalk, walk past the original 1940's Filling Station and into the park now boasting a beautiful winding walkway for locals and visitors. As you pass each home, look back at where it all started in 1798. Amongst the owners now, are Yankee and Amish living side by side.

The sleeping space is a loft separated by a wall. Queen bed on one side, double bed and a single up top on the other side.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is a perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Secluded lakefront fishing cabin on 30 acres offers the very definition of a quiet oasis in the woods. This home lays at the end of a mile long private drive on over 11 acres of manicured lawn surrounded by 300 year old oak trees. The lake, only feet from your front door, contains bass, bluegill, perch and catfish offering both adults and children alike a wonderful opportunity to cast a line and relax while blue heron and eagles nest in the nearby trees.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.

The apartment is above a detached garage. The spacious floor plan is modern and fresh, on-site laundry, a full kitchen, walk-in closet and large private bathroom, this apartment feels just like home. Long term lease is available for a discounted rate. The apartment is located on a busy street (“busy” for a small town) you will hear cars and motorcycles drive by. Please take this into consideration when booking.
