Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. There is also a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 4.20 m by 2 m and a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are located just a 5-minut walk to the beach and local restaurants, like the famous Thalassaki.

Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.
