Two bedrooms that can be darkened ensure your restful sleep. Outside the house, a spacious, 2100 sqm plot for your exclusive use with a garden and terrace invites you to relax in nature. A covered porch allows you to enjoy the unique landscape in any weather. Unsere Chalets sind etwas ganz Besonderes: Sie liegen direkt an einem glitzernden See, leicht in der Anhöhe so das du ein Traumhaften Ausblick auf den See hast. Wo im Winter die magischen Nordlichter den Himmel erhellen. Alles ist tief verschneit, und diese märchenhafte Kulisse macht den Aufenthalt einfach unvergesslich. Ob entspannte Winterspaziergänge,gemütliches Beisammensitzen oder zahlreiche Aktivitäten wie Schneemobile Safari – hier wird jeder Tag zu einem kleinen Wintermärchen!

Atigården

I denna underbara Norrbottensgården bor du bekvämt och fantastiskt fint. Med tomt till Råneälven, 200 m till Malmens väg. Sommarbrygga och badmöjligheter. Året runt vedeldad bastu och jacuzzi. I huset finns ett nyrenoverat, rymligt kök i lantlig stil med sittplatser upp till 10-12 pers. Sovrummen är nyrenoverade och den ena har en ny fräsch säng 160 cm och det andra sovrummet en bekväm bäddsoffa för 1-2 personer. Nyrenoverat badrum med dusch och golvvärme. TV-rum med öppen spis.

Villa Black

Ett unikt boende med möjligheten för större familjer/grupper att njuta av orörd natur, uppleva fjäll där inte många varit förut! I samband med stuga erbjuds snöskoteruthyrning samt guidning för att ni ska få ut de mesta av er vistelse. Just utanför köksfönstret finner ni en vedeldad bastu samt vedeldad badtunna som ni kan njuta av till en avgift. 400 sek för bastu och 800 sek för badtunna. Kom hit och njut av en avkopplande tid i fjällvärlden.

The house is in excellent condition, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with double showers for ultimate comfort. After a long day, unwind on the large, south-facing terrace with a relaxing spa bath. Whether you’re here for work or to enjoy the surroundings, this house provides a peaceful, comfortable retreat.

Utanför grill- och bastustugan finns en badtunna att njuta av. Under sommartid håller midnattssolen dig sällskap och på vintern är möjligheten stor till att sitta i badtunnan och se norrskenet dansa över himmelen.

Inga fester/större evenemang tillåtna.

Lovely pool villa on the golf course, next to Luleå river, in Swedish Lapland. Enjoy the spectacular view from the house, overlooking the beautiful river and the golf course. During winter time, you can enjoy the northern lights from the property. This New England Villa were built in 2016.

Charmig havsnära stuga

Välkomna till Casa Alice. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. Poolen är öppen 15 juni - 7 september. Under vintern, 22 oktober - 15 maj finns inget rinnande vatten i stugan. Vi lämnar 70 liter vatten i stugan vid ankomst. Stugan är till salu.
