El apartamento está situado a 150 metros de la maravillosa playa de aguas cristalinas llamada Cala Molins. Dispone de 2 habitaciones (una doble y otra con dos camas individuales), aire acondicionado junto con todo el equipamiento. Debido a la ley de Baleares hay que pagar la ecotasa que son 2 euros por persona y noche para mayores de 16 años.
