Keittiön pöytä on 10 hengelle. 4 huoneessa on TV, lisäksi keittiössä on videotykki ja valkokangas. 300-400m päässä on Cafe Pispala ja Pispalan Pulteri, joissa et takuulla jää nälkäiseksi. Ruokakauppaan on 700m. Bussipysäkit ovat 150-300m päässä. Ratikkapysäkki 700m. Talon vierestä kohoavat Pispalan rappuset ja näköalat ovat hekumaaliset.

Lähellä Ukki-järvi ja mahtavia lenkkeilymaastoja Kirkkoharjussa. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet Tampereelle, bussilla n. 30 min, pysäkille matkaa 150m.
