MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

We are renting a newly comfortable one bedroom apartment with the balcony and one of the most stunning views on the Bay of Kotor. Its position is perfect for swimming and seaside walks. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary furniture and household appliances and a fast WiFi connection. Ideal for couples and families with kids. Alluring apartment near Dubrovnik airport

This cozy and peaceful apartment is ideally located close to Dubrovnik airport, with free parking. It has a lovely home away from home feel and is great for a base when visiting Dubrovnik (30 min), Cavtat (5 min), or Pasjača beach (10 min) by car. Perfect for an early morning flight. It is in an original old Dalmatian stone house, with a huge courtyard, where you can relax. Guests are welcome to explore our vineyard and olive grove and enjoy the picturesque Mediterranean views and scents.

Viewpoint Apartment - Kotor

3-4 minutes drive to get to Old Town Kotor, or 20-minute of walking. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the coast is a 8-minute walk away. Free parking spaces in front of the building. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the apartment, upon request. Breathtaking and modern place offers fabulous view of the stunning Bay of Kotor right from the comfortable terrace where our guests enjoy spending most of their holiday.

Romantic rooftop view - Old town 404

Right in the middle of world heritage of Kotor Old Town, climb 54 steps to this amazing studio with private garden and terrace featuring stunning views onto the rooftops, surrounding mountains and the sea. All walls are exposed stone or rock lovingly restored. The kitchen is well appointed and the decor is modern, light and comfortable. Old meets new here.

Waterfront with extraordinary view

Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.

Guesthouse Žmukić | M studio w/ balcony

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also use terraces that are in 3 levels in front of the house. On terraces you can use dinning and coffee tables and outdoor shower.
