Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
