This Victorian style apartment is a fantastic place to use as a base for exploring Niagara Falls. It’s only 10-15 minutes easy walk to Rainbow Bridge and 10 minutes more to Goat Island. The apartment entry system is easy to use and the apartment is more spacious than it appears in the photos, occupying the middle floor of a very large house. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. The expertly done decor is pleasant and relaxing - we enjoyed sitting in the revolving armchairs and watching the view with a cup of tea. The neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated but felt safe. There is a 7 Eleven conveniently situated 5 minutes walk away on the corner of the block and ample parking if you have a car. The single bathroom is Jack & Jill style between the two bedrooms. The WiFi is also really good. Kitchen is well equipped and had plenty of tea and fresh coffee available along with some other extras. Would definitely stay again.

This was such an amazing week! We took this trip with our 3 year old son to see Niagara Falls. Our host lived in the area at some point and had children so he gave me great recommendations on places to see for kids. The only thing I would say to be weary about is if you have a child that might be rambunctious or loud- it may very well disturb the downstairs neighbor. Kids sometimes just don’t understand why they need to sit or have quiet time and it made us feel bad that he kept running around. This location is SO CLOSE to the falls and so much around. The hosts are VERY easy to reach! It made our stay that much more special. Thank you for a great week!

Todd was helpful in providing resources to the area as this was my first trip to Niagara Falls, he recommended a local tour guide which worked out very well.

I absolutely loved meeting Eduardo. He is friendly and fascinating. We were there before the growing season so we did not see his beautiful garden in bloom. He gave us great local suggestions and we were glad we took them. The area is undergoing gentrification but very safe. The house is lovely inside.

Had a great time staying there during my weekend trip to Niagara.

We came to visit Niagara Falls. We parked our car in the lot just outside the back door as specified by the owner. Entry was easy and felt safe. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything that we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. WiFi was fast. We were a 10-20 min walk from all the major attractions and restaurants. I can only say good things about this place! Highly recommend!

Had a great trip to Canada! We stayed two nights. Emily accommodated early check in which was appreciated traveling with two kiddos. Had everything we needed! Neighborhood was quiet. Easy to park in driveway. As others have indicated, you can hear others upstairs - a noise machine managed that just fine for sleep hours. Beds and couch were comfy. Location was perfect for our trip - short drive north to St. Catharines and South to Crystal Beach / Fort Erie areas. Falls very close - nice paved walking path/sidewalk that we didn’t get to use this time around. Would stay again! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. The space was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the roomy kitchen—it was fully stocked and ready to use, which made cooking meals so easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was how well-prepared everything was, from kitchen basics to toiletries—definitely one of the most thoughtfully equipped Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The instruction videos made check-in and navigating the space a breeze, and the welcome gift was such a kind, personal touch. You can really tell the hosts put care into every detail. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a great option for someone looking to stay in Niagra but not right on the strip. It takes 13 minutes to walk from the house to the bottom of Clifton Hill to the falls. House is definitely set up nicely for an Airbnb. House was clean and tidy minus the stains on living room furniture but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again at this price with our group. Sandy will help out in every way she can with attraction ideas, food options, and everything in between!
