The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Located on a hill, with only a 7 minute walk to the waterfront, this spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is the perfect get away for couples, with ample space for a travel cot. This welcoming, spacious cottage has been lovingly restyled. On one level, it is very peaceful and quiet and set within its own private sunny garden with a lovely decked seating area. It is adjacent to the lake and park - offering fabulous walks on your doorstep. It is conveniently located to explore all that beautiful South Devon has to offer, both the beaches and Dartmoor. It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
