Close to bars, arcade, ice cream & the Newport Shipyard. Walk 2 minutes and you'll be at the Perrotti Park waiting for the ferry tours around the Island. Second floor room, no elevator.

Onsite parking, WiFi incl. As of November 8th, 2020 we will not be offering breakfast but will rather have a to go cafe for guests to purchase breakfast, lunch and appetizer items.
