Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

Double room 2 min walk from high st, shops & pubs.

Newport Pagnell high street and pubs. The house is sold and we are waiting for exchange, it has no frills just very basic kitcen equipment and the bedroom. You will have the entire house to yourself, I am removing furniture slowly so the dining and sitting areas may not be furnished. Upstairs there is a bathroom and downstairs a shower area. Driveway has room for 1 car. Newport is perfect access to M1 and only ten minutes drive to MK shopping centre.
