My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.

Built in the 1800’s, flat packed and then shipped over from England, this Cute little half house with verandah out the front and eclectic features is your little home away from home :) it is welcoming and close to EVERYTHING! MCG, Rod Laver arena, Olympic Park stadium, AAMI park. 15 min walk to the CBD and great public transport to everywhere else! As an artist I have adorned the house with as much fun as I can! Bricks is a classic design that has been stripped back to expose & polish concrete floors, apply crisp white renderings and furnish with quality furniture or craftsman pieces. The renovation incorporates eco savvy materials such as cabinetry made from recycled sawdust with organic dyes and sustainable Paperock benchtops (yes layers of compressed paper). The finishes were applied by hand with an aesthete’s eye for design and detail.
