Country Charm yet minutes to Newport

This apartment is located in the southeast sector of Middletown and is less than a mile from Newport. The area is close to the beaches of Aquidneck Island, the fabulous Cliff Walk and is three miles from Naval Station Newport. The property is well kept and offers off street parking. There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. Note to military: 25% discount for extended stay

Perfect for weekend getaways in beautiful Newport. small private studio attached to lovely main house in quiet historic neighborhood. Tastefully decorated. Includes toaster, microwave, mini fridge, coffee station, electric plug in double burner. Also 1 off street parking spot, TV and WIFI . Short & scenic walking distance to many harbourfront attractions. Great location tucked away but only steps from harbor, visitors center, and walking distance to downtown. Only a few minutes to Navy base.

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Private En Suite - Sachuest and Eastons' Beach

. Our home is located three minutes from Bellevue Avenue, abuts St Georges campus and is located between Easton's Beach in Newport and Sachuest Beach in Middletown. We are a one level California Ranch with a Private Entrance en Suite - a large bedroom, bathroom with a Private entrance and off street parking. My Husband and I can help make your stay here on the Island pleasant and trouble free with lots of recommendations. Perfect for Newport / Middletown Yachting, Wedding and Music events.

Private Sunny Unit near Newport/ New Split AC!

This is a sunny studio like apartment with new split AC, private entrance, private bath, kitchenette with sink, small private deck with pretty distant water views...gentle breezes. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

Serene Loft: 2 miles from downtown Npt and beach

This quiet but spacious loft is on the 3rd floor of our home. 2 mile's from downtown and the beach. It is serene and quaint with a new queen size bed, a love seat couch, small kitchen table, good size bathroom. It's perfect for a couple or two friends who are willing to share a bed who want to enjoy our fun town but prefer a good night sleep in peace. Off street parking available for one car. Your loft has a locked door that you enter a key code (given day before).

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

3 beds = 1 queen and 2 twins for your group. ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer 2024 weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

NEAT, somewhat funky STUDIO APARTMENT - WATERVIEW

Apartment has a queen bed, 2 chairs, dresser, small loveseat, TV (with Fire Stick for streaming); kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, oven/broiler, microwave, blender, utensils, cookware; bathroom. There is a private entrance plus a slider out to the patio (yours during your visit), with our expansive gardens. You'll be left a small continental breakfast, coffee/tea, as well as some of our veggie harvest when available..

Downtown middletown private suite - 5min Newport

Private entrance to the suite will not share any space with anyone . Free 2 parking lot. Sun- filled private suite with sofa bed and queen bed, fireplace, refurbished bathroom and living room. No local channels, tv works with your phone connected and free Hulu , Disney + channels. cooking kitchen, has Towel and Pots like kitchenware . Will not disturb the company. Quiet and perfect for couples!
