The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Heath View Annexe

Heath View Annexe is a separate building in our garden, in a quiet residential street. A spacious bedroom with king size bed, sofa, table & chairs and private bathroom. Private parking behind gates. In the hallway there's a kettle and fridge along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal & porridge pots. Located a mile from central Newmarket and 2 miles from the race courses. 15/20 minute walk to Tattersalls and the Railway station. 13 miles from Cambridge & Ely and 14 miles to Bury St Edmunds.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

House in the heart of Newmarket

Come and stay in our spacious house in the heart of Newmarket. The house has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a fantastic outside area where you can enjoy the sun all day. The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

Newly refurbished, we accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children (no adult groups). Seeking a quiet rural base to explore Cambridge, the wonders of Suffolk, Thetford Forest or a wedding at Chippenham Park? A mile from A11/A14, Paddock View is a bright self contained private first floor annex with a private garden & patio. Separate double bedroom + ensuite shower room. Main living space has sofa bed & a chair bed for 2 children. Kitchen area has all that you need for a self contained stay.

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. Located in the heart of Newmarket in the newly converted former Doric cinema this luxury, light apartment is a short walk from the Rowley Mile race course, Tattersalls, train and bus stations and a 5 minute cab ride to the July Course. Whilst benefiting from a High Street location with easy access to restaurants, pubs and shops the apartment is on the 2nd floor at the back of the building which ensures a quiet, peaceful haven at all times.
