One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Machinery Shed

The Machinery Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite with a private enclosed patio area at rear.

Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area (cold breakfast tray included). The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants.

Oakdene Annex

This newly-renovated stylish self-contained annex is next to a medieval house in a lovely countryside setting. Convenient access to the major motorways (close to the M1, M6 and A14) and Rugby train station, and near Coombe Abbey, The Cotswolds, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Stratford. Access to outside patio area, next to an orchard. We welcome long term corporate bookings and business guests at Oakdene annex. We can also accommodate Monday-Friday business guests, minimum 2 night stays.

Cornflower - Deluxe Kingsize Ensuite Shepherds Hut

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

Cosy and quiet flat in Rugby

This apartment situated on the top floor offers a peaceful environment with a privileged view over the park. It has recently undergone a renovation and refurbishment. A private parking space is available in the courtyard. Local supermarket and takeaways are conveniently located within walking distance. An ideal place to take a break in one of England's most pleasant little towns, conveniently situated less than an hour's direct train journey from London and Birmingham.
