Great host and great value

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in der Unterkunft von Ron. Sie war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Von der Wohnung sind es nur einige Minuten Gehweg zur Subway-Station, von dort aus kommt man wunderbar ins Innerste von Manhattan. Alles verlief problemlos, gerne wieder.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a pleasant stay. This air bnb has multiple benefits such as being spacious, clean, and very private. Karen was welcoming and was there if we needed to coordinate parking, but also allowed for complete privacy and we mostly interacted in passing. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood only a few streets away from main street montclair. When I needed to grab food it was a nice and easy 10 minute walk! The three rooms were clean and I found no issues with anything. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area!

This place feels like home. It’s literally a place to visit like a museum the building the furnitures and everything is so cool and insane. We went to celebrate new years in NYC and we stayed at this amazing place for 2 nights which we regretted about we wanted to say more. The hosts were so nice, friendly and welcoming. It was really nice meeting them . We definitely recommend this place friends and families. Thanks so much.

Just one word: fantastic. Great location, authentic New York brownstone, wonderful host. (March 2025; three friends of just 50; one week NYC visit to wander through and explore the city, visit exhibitions and theater, dine and wine)

Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

La ubicación era increíble, estaba lo suficientemente cerca del metro, madison square Garden y Time Square pero sin que los ruidos y el tráfico de estas zonas invadan el descansar. Tonja and Tracey have the most incredible home! This is by far the most wonderful airbnb I've experienced. My colleague and I stayed here on a work trip twice and would go back in a heartbeat. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and all the details make you feel relaxed and completely comfortable. Beyond the beautiful, peaceful space, Tracey and Tonja are wonderful hosts -- warm, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. I truly can't wait to go back! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience!

I’ve been thinking about writing this review since the moment I checked into Tracey and Tonja’s BNB. Let me say, this has been by far the best experience I have had via Airbnb and I am very grateful. This is the charm and hospitality staying at a bnb used to have before it became the capitalist, money hungry system it now has become. Tonja and Tracey as such kind and beautiful people. They were beyond hospitable; explained the property and gave me a tour upon arrival, always available if I needed them, and had an incredible energy to match their charming home. The place is so beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! From the cozy library, to the meditation room, to the suites - everything is perfectly decorated and curated to provide you an atmosphere of peace. My favorite was the soak tub which I was in desperate need of after a stressful few weeks of travel. This was the most perfect place to recharge as a part of my new year self care rituals. I will definitely be back soon.

This place is truly a magical oasis. Highly recommend booking!! The home is gorgeous and welcoming - every room feels serene and peaceful - and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful, respectful, and generous. There are so many luxury touches! The bedrooms have every item you could possibly want, the bathroom is a spa escape, and the library and meditation space spark inspiration and feel so grounding. Above and beyond communication and interactions with the hosts. Incredible stay!

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.
