Seaview ~ A beautiful hideaway in central Hobart.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

The glasshouse is an architecturally designed garden residence, maximising passive solar gain, just 5 mins from city. There is wood heating, electric/gas heaters and air cons in rooms. Free on/off street parking, Wifi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen with pantry staples. Childrens toys, high chair, stroller, a large deck, and Weber BBQ etc. This private double glazed, north facing glasshouse is in a leafy heritage street with superb mountain views. Its a supremely sunny, warm light-filled home.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Feltham Cottage - inner city with OSP, WIFI & ART

This fully renovated one-bedroom Edwardian cottage offers comfort, warmth and convenience. The self-contained interior mixes old and new with original 1910 features and 21 century finishes. A highlight is the collection of birdlife watercolour paintings by the acclaimed Australian artist, Robert Ulmann. Former Church Hall & dance studio now a private luxury house near North Hobart’s Restaurant strip. The Sunday School built 1928 is spacious with an open floor plan for dining &living area, well equipped kitchen, granite bench & outdoor courtyard.
