Cafes a 2 min walk. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay near the touristy plaza-- not us. Also, no TV, but 300 MPS wifi. Property is adjacent to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and near Los Griegos Elementary making the street safe and active with school children and church- goers by day and very peaceful by night.
