Our home stay is located almost at the center of Kathmandu. The Flat can Accommodates 2 people. We are located very close to the airport which is accessible by taxi (~10 min) or by walk (2.2km/30min). A 2-3 minute walk from our home will get you to a bus stop or a taxi from the main road. Our place is quite, safe, spacious, and has a sizable garden where you can spend time n relax. 1BHK Self contained fully furnished studio flat with living room, kitchen, open plan bedroom, bathroom, sun terrace and free parking. It has all the modern comforts. Located less than 5 minutes walk from Thamel. The apartment area is very peaceful despite being just around the corner from vibrant Thamel. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are within few minutes walk. Easy to take buses/taxis to go around Kathmandu, Pokhara etc. Enjoy Kathmandu major tourist area walking around.

A Nepali boutique style building with traditionally hand made windows & doors as well as wooden floor, located 10 minutes walk from Thamel centre, a purely residential area with colourful houses around and warm people. It has one large bed room with one queen size bed & one single bed, two bath rooms/toilets, living room with TV & sofas and then an equipped kitchen/dinning room. The private terrace table with high Himalaya ( snow capped mountain) views, Working WiFi, hot/cold shower.

Cozy, private space near tourist area of Thamel

Small studio apartment w/ living area & bed, attached kitchen and en-suite bathroom in central Kathmandu. We are a 5-minute walk north of Thamel, but yet in a relatively quiet and welcoming lane with houses of relatives and extended families. Registered as a homestay, this private the entire 2nd floor of our house. This is a true Airbnb experience of living like locals, learning culture and eco-friendly living in the city. Breakfast with family is available for $3 / person.

Cozy private flat in Kathmandu

Guests can have a private space since we are renting out an entire flat. -10 min drive from Tribhuvan International Airport(3.8km) -30 mins walk to Patan Durbar Square(2.3km) -16 mins drive to Pashupatinath Temple(4.2 km) -5 mins walk to the main road for easy transportation -Full of local shops and restaurants within a 500m radius of the place We are also happy to serve you local Nepali food at a minimal price at request. It's a newly built tiny house. It is owned by hospitable hoteliers working in a five star hotel. It is 2 kms from the International Airport & is centrally located in a peaceful residential location. It is 7 mins walk to famous Pashupatinath temple (world heritage site). It is accessible to different types of public transportation & cabs. The grocery store & supermarkets are in a walking distance. It 's a nature friendly home surrounded by many trees & a friendly dog.

Large attic sunny loft in Kathmandu near Thamel

Sunny and spacious loft in the heart of Kathmandu with an incredible rooftop terrace, 5 minutes by walking to Thamel tourist area. A very big one and charming open space attic with kitchen, dining ethnic place, tv corner , living area and also the possibility of sleeping here using the mattresses provided. Access to the small bathroom on the balcony. And more a very nice bedroom with large bathroom . All is private!
