Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

Our home is in walking distance to downtown, hiking trails, and other activities; yet quiet for restful evenings. The large deck for morning coffee or an evening beverage. Off street parking onsite. As of January 1, 2026 I will be closing my house for short term rental. The city's short term rental policies have changed.
