Gorgeous industrial modern 1BR studio in heart of Nevada City Historical District, steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free. We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

The unit is a remodeled Granny Unit in the trees of Northern California with a private driveway and fast wifi. This one-bedroom apartment offers a unique charm and is only a 10-minute drive to downtown Nevada City or Grass Valley. A smart lock key pad is used for entry. No smoking in this unit.
