The Bungalow has a full kitchen, memory foam queen bed, bathroom with shower, patio and parking. We love creating a special place for all our guests. A beautiful 550 square foot self built house in the woods. Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Quiet, private and surrounded by trees. 5 minutes from downtown Nevada City. Near a variety of outdoor activities. Down a private driveway with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, big bathtub, art, extra bedding, TV, library and washer.

This is a private guest house which is adjacent to the owners home. It is nestled next to beautiful 100 ft cedar, dogwood & pine trees on 2 wooded acres. This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. There is a loft that can accommodate additional guests. Located just 3 1/2 miles from downtown Grass Valley and 5 miles from Nevada City, CA.

Cozy Cottage Studio Nevada City

Lovely 370 square foot cottage less than ten-minute drive through nice forrest road to both the Yuba River and Downtown. Hiking, paddle boarding, and mountain biking are all around you here, along with wonderful restaurants and shops. We take great pride in providing crisp, white sheets, nice hand soap, Quality Hair Products, Starbucks and Peet's coffee, cream, wine, heated mattress pad. We also provide, hiking maps, along with some local menus. Every-Day Elegance is a must on vacation!

High Street Guesthouse

Our studio apartment has its own entrance and is separate from our home. You will enjoy a comfy queen bed and table/chairs for 2 with strong Wi-Fi in the studio, our SmartTV that will let you watch most popular streaming apps that you have an account with as well as the many free streaming apps that we have on the TV. We’re ½ block off Main St and three blocks from Grass Valley's vibrant downtown. We dislike so-called 'cleaning fees' when we travel so we don't charge them.

Quiet Guest cottage, 3 minutes from downtown.

Newly rebuilt Guest cottage. Very quiet bedroom with king sized Avocado healthy mattress. 3 minute drive to downtown Nevada City but in the beautiful trees. Super hot strong shower. Kitchenette; hot plate, toaster oven, fridge, microwave. Fast Wifi, TV, premium cable Dogs allowed with additional cleaning fee that ranges from $10-$25 a day based on hair and dirt. A few stairs inside the house between levels. Single bed in the living-room. Lovely patio outside for smoking.

You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.

Thus, all cleaning products are natural and free of chemicals. All linens are composed of natural fibers and are dried in the sun--weather permitting. And, the tiny kitchen is stocked with organic teas and coffee. Tiny Miracle is a peaceful, quiet spot for a solo retreat; a writer’s haven.

Banner Hideaway in Nevada City

The unit is a remodeled Granny Unit in the trees of Northern California with a private driveway and fast wifi. This one-bedroom apartment offers a unique charm and is only a 10-minute drive to downtown Nevada City or Grass Valley. A smart lock key pad is used for entry. No smoking in this unit. Pets will be considered (there will be a small pet fee, please include pets in your reservation). We look forward to having you stay!
