Ferienhaus für 1-7 Personen, 3 Schlafzimmer, 100m²

Unser Haus, BJ 1934, wurde 2024 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden viele originale Bestandteile des Hauses, wie z.B. die Vollholztüren, restauriert und wiederverwendet. Mit viel Altholz und kleinen liebevollen Details entstand ein einzigartiges Wohnambiente, das in vielen Bereichen an eine Alm erinnert. Hierbei kommt jedoch der gewohnte Komfort nicht zu kurz. Das Erdgeschoß ist für Rollstuhlfahrer und Gehbehinderte geeignet. Eine Feuerschale im Garten und eine Saunahütte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die FeWO erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke mit 2 Bädern, 3 Schlafzimmern (davon ist 1 Durchgangszimmer) und einer offenen Galerie, offene, vollständig eingerichtete Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz. Terrasse mit Grill- und Gartennutzung. Sat-TV, Digitalradio. Inkl. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Zentralheizung. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Mitten im Dorf, nur 5 Minuten zum See oder Bahnhof.

The elegantly furnished, light-flooded, large house for children aged 6 and over (272 sqm) is located 700 m from the lake, very idyllic, quiet, green, but centrally next to a beautiful forest. 4 - 5 rental bikes included (27, 27, 24, 24 and 21 gears), table tennis table, table football, fitness room with rowing machine, bike trainer, abdominal trainer, dumbbells and a wonderful, hidden garden. Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.

Guesthouse Paradies Samerberg - ein magischer Ort.

Unser Guesthouse liegt absolut ruhig u uneinsehbar am Dorfrand von Törwang mit uneingeschränktem Blick auf die Hochries und ins Inntal. Im Sommer 2020 wurden 2 Niedrig-Energie-Holzhäuser aus heimischen Hölzern komplett schadstofffrei erbaut. Ein Ort des Loslassen, des Durchatmens. Mit eignem Garten u Süd-West-Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schreinerküche, Esstisch und Schlafsofa mit Federkern-Matratze (200 x 160 cm) und einem Schlafzimmer & Bad mit Dusche.

Quiet but very close to central Munich, this apartment is on the top two floors of a historic listed German villa in Stockdorf just 20 mins outside Munich. The apartment is entered through a staircase up a lovely high ceilinged hallway and has views overlooking the beautiful gardens and lily ponds. 100% renewable energy too!

Our new build home is available for an enjoyable stay near Landshut, Germany. Lovely furnished and with a high standard, the apartment with a spacious private terrace is located in a very quiet village.
