The home boasts a nautically-themed interior which leads to an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The home has three large bedrooms and a pull out sofa for up to 8 guests. For larger families we have an additional pool home just across the atrium which accommodates up to 4 additional guests in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Cute beach house on Nettles Island (South Hutchinson Island). Approximately 750 sq ft, 2 bedrooms/1 bath (also access to bath house). Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6 (with sleeper sofa and twin air mattress). Golf cart included to get around the island to the beach (about 3/4 mile), river, rec hall, and all amenities. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities.
