This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Majda is set in an exclusive location, in a secluded bay on the south side of the island Brac, surrounded by vineyards and pine forests. The pebble beach is located directly in front of the building and due to its isolated position offers guests privacy and enjoyment of the crystal clear sea. The villa has an open panoramic view of the sea and the island of Hvar. It has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 14 guests. A large terrace is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
