We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

Just WOW!!! Nice place to be there with family, friend and relatives. Huge space, nice swimming pool and walking to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely, I will reserve the same Villa in the near future. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I highly recommend Svetlana's place. The two-bedroom house is in a small private complex with a very nice swimming pool. It's super quiet (in April) and it immediately feels like home. There were a few local cars, only one rental car. It is very close to the sea (beaches, restaurants and a nice promenade - at one end there's a nice little church, at the other end the castle of Paphos). It is also very conveniently situated when coming from the airport or, like was our case, picking up relatives from the airport. There's a bus stop on the main road. The house has two small outdoor sitting areas - the back yard is fenced (great if you come with a dog) and the front veranda feels private thanks to green plants and a wooden trellis panel. That area is fenced as well, but a dog could easily jump over. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious. The bedrooms share a balcony. My only disappointment was the double bed which could be more comfortable.

1. Optimale Mischung aus Pool und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Zwar kein Sandstrand aber Kieselstrand war ja vorher bekannt. 2. Küche im Haus mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Für jeden optimale Kaffezubereitung möglich von Filterkaffe bis Frenchpress. Draußen großzügiger Grill. (Etwas schwierig Grillbeleuchtung unter dem Grill zu finden, war aber bei genauerem Hinsehen beschriftet.) 3. Absolut Kleinkind-sicher! Besonders beruhigend: Der Pool war durch ein umlaufendes Gitter abgesichert ebenso wie Treppenauf- und Abgang gesichert werden konnten. 4. Viele sportliche Aktivitäten von Baskettball bis Tischtennis, Hanteln, Kajaks alles da. 5. Sehr schönes Ambiente direkt um das Haus, insbesondere Palmen und Bepflanzung zum Meer oder der schön beleuchtete Pool 6. Das Haus liegt definitiv nicht in der typischen Touriregion rund um Larnaca, was es für uns reizvoller machte. Nicht zu unterschätzen die Entfernungen zu besuchenswerten Punkten 7. Taverne um die Ecke leider ab November geschlossen

Julia est une hôte très sympathique et vraiment très réactive. Le logement est bien situé, près des bus et de la mer,restaurants accessibles à pieds. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci Julia

Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa Kara! Es war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Elena ist sehr freundlich und meldet sich sehr schnell zurück! Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus und auch der Garten bieten genug Platz und man kann sich ganz wunderbar ausbreiten. Generell empfinde ich diesen Teil der Insel als am schönsten, weil es im Vergleich sehr ruhig und die umliegenden Hügel sehr grün sind. Die Küche war sehr dürftig ausgestattet und außer Salz war nichts im Haus. Wer sich selbst versorgen möchte sollte daher alles mitbringen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen, Preis-Leistung ist traumhaft.

Nadia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war stets erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Ausstattung war vmtl. die Beste, die ich je in einem Airbnb vorgefunden habe. In der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht: Handtücher, Mülltüten, Schwämme, Brotzeitdosen, Backpapier, Alufolie. Man findet auch Liegen für den Pool, Poolhandtücher, Sonnenschirm und genügend Adapter für Steckdosen. Bei allem, wo man dachte: Das könnten wir jetzt gut gebrauchen, war das in der Wohnung zu finden. Parkmöglichkeit an der Unterkunft ist super. Die Anlage an sich ist auch sehr schön. Ruhige Lage mit Pool. Schöner Balkon mit Blick zum Pool. Lässt sich gut aushalten dort. Das Einzige, was man als Kritik anbringen könnte: Das Geschirr bzw. die Küchenschränke innen könnten mal wieder eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Es waren leider viele Tassen und Teller sichtbar verschmutzt. Da ich eh immer vor Benutzung das benötigte Geschirr spüle und dann nur das von mir gespülte benutze, war das für uns kein Drama.

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

Very nice place—clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Easily walkable with plenty of parking right out front. Smooth check-in and a very responsive host.

Great location! Peaceful neighborhood with one of the best beaches in Cyprus within a pleasant 5 minute walk. The villa has everything you need for an amazing relaxing vacation; very nice and big private backyard with a pool and a great chill area, fully equipped kitchen, a fire pit and bbq area, and 3 spacious and air conditioned bedrooms. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with all of our inquiries and requests! We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely come back!

Anna's place was the perfect little apartment for us to have as a base. It's location is ideal for everything you need : the beach just a few minutes walk and local bars and restaurants on your door step, as well as a bus terminus that takes you all over the island. We rented a car so didn't need this, but noticed it was a good addition for bus travellers. The communal pool is a minutes walk and in the same grounds and is so refreshing after a day in the sun and very private. Anna responded and helped with anything we needed and the apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped with anything you could want. A lovely little apartment that we would definitely stay at again if ever we are back in Paphos. Thanks Anna! 🙂

Un petit nid douillet niché non loin de la péninsule d'Akamas qui est de toute beauté. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, super déco, beaucoup de choses à disposition. La terrasse en extérieur est très appréciable avec la vue sur la mer. Très calme. Hôte accueillant et réactif. Nous reviendrons !

Great location, opposite the beach and minutes away from cafes and restaurants. A lovely communal garden. Had everything we needed to make us feel at home.

Surely that this is my 4th visit tells anyone this is the place! It is quiet, clean, great views from patio area, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. And the lovely host knows I'm like "ARNIE" - I'll be back!! Thanks as always Penny Horner

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Fint boende med 66 trappsteg ner till havet (stenstrand) och 10 minuters promenad till stranden. Havsutsikt. Bra matbutik 15 minuters promenad från huset. Vi åt mest hemma men några kvällar valde vi restaurang, det fanns flera att välja på i området.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for quick access to the beach for a quiet morning swim or Paddleboad. It was also walkable to eat out every night. George and his son Julian were the perfect hosts, checking in occasionally, we felt like we made friends for the future.

The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. There are several terraces, so according to the sun we could choose where to sit. There was everything we needed, and something extra, jacuzzi on the terrace. I recommend this magical place to everyone. Near the beach, super beach bar, very good restaurant, bus connection to the center a few meters from the accommodation. The big advantage is the close connection to the airport. Saint Cyprus are excellent hosts; always quick to respond and have a really terrific team… on the rare occasion there is an issue you can guarantee it will be corrected immediately! The listings are accurate - if you read carefully and look at the photos you will know exactly what you are getting. Villa Fortuna is just minutes walk from Coralia Beach, Port Antico Restaurant is 10 mins walk - and the other way are all the amenities of Coral Bay ‘strip’. We’ve stayed before - which shows it’s good. Coralia is a sandy beach, suitable for families, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for hire. This spot is perfect for accessing other areas too, we hire a car and go over the hills to Latchi, and we love Oniro along the road. The star turn at Villa Fortune though is definitely the pool … we hope to return next year 🤞🙏

Christofides's house was clean and comfortable. I had a technical issue with my airbnb account, so I didn't have access to the check-in instructions via airbnb. Fortunately, Christofides and his wife were eager to help us via a phone call form the very fist moment. Thank you!
