Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

Onze rietgedekte vakantievilla in Midden-Limburg biedt alles voor een heerlijke vakantie. Een vrije ligging aan de rand van een park, grenzend aan het bos. De villa telt 2 woonlagen. Op de begane grond vindt u de ruime woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar de veranda en een open keuken, een hal met toilet en de trap naar boven en een bijkeuken met wasmachine en droger. Op de bovenverdieping bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers, een badkamer met whirlpoolbad en een finse sauna.

Vakantiehuis De Zandberg is een rustieke, gerenoveerde villa uit de jaren ’50 ten noorden van de Kempen, gelegen in een zee van groen en op een steenworp van het levendige Neerpelt. De inrichting van de villa ademt een huiselijke, intieme sfeer uit. Zowel binnen- als buitenshuis is elk moment in De Zandberg er een van puur genot en ontspanning, niet op z’n minst door de mooie, grote tuin die de villa omringt en het prachtige terras waar het heerlijk vertoeven is.

All needs are in walking distance, the facilities are perfect for one person, a couple, a family or a group and parking in my garden is free!
