Amidst the peaks of the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, above Malibu, down a gated winding road lies Rancho Fenix. One room house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comfortable with all of the things you need around you. We have a washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator and kitchen. The couch in the living room also converts into a second bed. There are bluetooth speakers that can connect to the TV for an amazing movie night or to your phone for music. There is also an accessible Tesla charger outside for any electric cars. We are in charge of cleaning, all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your stay!

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Welcome to my bungalow! I spent a lot of time working on this place so I hope you guys LOVE it :) Close to Hueneme pier and Oxnard shores, many restaurants nearby! I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica! Dont forget to go shopping at the Camarillo Outlets! Parking available in my driveway if you have a big vehicle.
