It is known for its safety (being close to the British High Commission and other notable homes). Set on a full acre, the property includes the main house and 2 cottages at the far end of the grounds, occupied by long-term tenants. The only shared areas are the parking lot and the rear path. The cottages are not visible from the main house, and tenants do not have access to the pool.

If you want to live like a local Bahamian in a secure home with lots of privacy this is the place. The Hideaway is close to several local take out restaurants and a 20 minute ride to the Lynden Pindling Airport and the Bahamar Hotel and Casino.
