We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Designed to create an intimate setting to enhance your time together. The RV is quite large and fully equipped . Master bedroom features a cashmere topped California king bed. The property has so many amenities starting with a very large pool, lighted at night. A dock on the river to enjoy the views. Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.
