Open concept living with million $$ view. Only 12 min. drive to d/t Fredericton. 4 bedrooms (queen beds) & queen sofa bed. 3 full baths; ensuite with jetted tub/shower. Harvest table that seats 8-10 and 3 stools around the peninsular. Propane fireplace in large living room & wood burning fireplace in lower suite. Heated pool & hot tub overlooking the rivers. Large upper deck with table & chairs and fire-pit table & chairs on the lower patio. Extended check-out for weekend bookings upon request.

Great location to everything in Fredericton.

A short distance from downtown Fredericton. Very close to walking trails, craft breweries, Willie O’Ree Sports complex and Main Street. Our goal is to offer affordable clean accommodations for people like us, who travel, not to spend time in our rooms but to explore the town, enjoy events or to visit family . We are not trying to compete with luxury hotels, and hope that people appreciate our efforts in providing an affordable, clean, quiet place to rest. (Much like a hotel suite, no kitchen)

A quiet retreat

The townhouse is located on a quiet court 5 minutes from downtown. With Angelview park right across the street you can sit and relax while watching the river flow. The Hiking and biking trails will keep you busy all day. The backyard can be entertaining with several types of wildlife waiting for a peanut or 2. The main floor has a kitchen ,living/dining area plus a half bathroom Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with the main bathroom . The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in closet

Heaven Inn Devon “The Queen Anne”

Renovated 3 bedroom apartment in a 1880s Victorian home. This unit is truly an experience, with its 9 and 10 foot tall ceilings, soaker tub with antique fixtures, and beautiful original trim and mouldings, you will get the old Victorian charm with all the modern day amenities. This unit includes a beautiful primary bedroom with king bed, a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, on site laundry, and an office area! Just 5 minutes from both uptown and downtown,this well cared for 4 bedroom home has a lot to offer. With a large, treed, private lot, it’s “Country in the City”.Vaulted wood ceilings, spacious bedrooms, full bathroom, huge yard and functional kitchen. Relaxing living room with a 55” 4K Smart TV (with Netflix) and stone electric fireplace. TV in master also. Large deck with ambient lighting to enjoy the backyard and fire pit.Plenty of parking and a view of the river. Bring your furry friend!

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
