Wizzy and John’s cabin was fantastic! We traveled with kids (10, 7, and 3), and they had plenty to keep them entertained within the compound, especially with the stables right next to the A-frame cabin. We also enjoyed a walk to the Mau Mau cave with Simon, the guide, who was incredible. Wizzy was a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and quick to address a minor issue with hot water and power, which was resolved . Overall, we had a great experience, and my kids even rated it their second favorite holiday! I’d definitely return.

The Landing is an exquisite haven of tranquility and privacy. The photos simply cannot capture its true beauty. From the cottage, you’re treated to stunning views of Mt. Kenya, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The place was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. I enjoyed a truly wonderful weekend and will definetly return. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating, addressing all our needs seamlessly. The staff was also exceptionally helpful, ensuring that every request was met. A beautiful place for sure and worth the experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit, which made all the difference. The property is tucked away in the middle of nowhere - in the best way. It’s tranquil, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking view of Mt. Kenya right from the doorstep. The space itself is small but cozy and beautifully done, perfect for a relaxing escape. One of the highlights was the fantastic chef who treated us to some of the yummiest meals we've had in a while. Though it’s quite a distance from Nanyuki town and the road isn’t the best, we really appreciated the host sending the property guards to meet us partway - it made finding the place much easier. The internet was fast and reliable, a pleasant surprise given the remote location. There are also bikes on-site and stunning cycling trails across the expansive property, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with great hospitality and a touch of adventure.

Liebe Isabelle & Team Ihr arbeitet mit Herzblut, viel Geschick und Liebe beim Einrichten und architektonischen Details. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Baumhaus war einfach wunderbar für mich- eine ruhige Oase. Das nächste Mal werde ich sicher wieder das tolle Baumhaus besuchen und die Sauna nutzen. Dieses Mal war die Zeit einfach zu knapp. Auch euer Personal war äusserst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke, dass ich auch das Haupthaus besichtigen durfte- genial! Ich komme gerne wieder.

The place is so nice

I would highly recommend My Time Cottage. The host is amazing and responds in time. She was very helpful, and it was an easy decision for me to stay there. I love that, as a guest, you get free access to Sarova Maiyan. For me, this is the easiest 5-star that I have given to a listing.
