We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Incredibly well maintained home and grounds. Jeanette was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home!

This was such a fun visit. Jeanette made us feel right at home. The house is a treasure. The outdoors have so many areas to sit and visit. We loved being able to walk on the trail and have dinner and walk to the shuttle. Very comfortable and cozy stay!

Martha’s place is perfect for a vacation on Martha’s Vineyard.

Absolutely love our stay! The white room was beautiful and exactly as described! The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the lounging chair for reading. The outside balcony was wonderful to sit on. The bike/walking bath was very accessible and provided a great afternoon of walking. The Knob recommendation was breath taking! Thank you for your morning conversations and getting to know you!! Definitely would recommend this bed and breakfast!

check in process was easy, just like booking directly with a hotel. room looked like the pictures and was very clean.

Charles is a great host! Our room was very comfortable with lots of nice touches (even snacks!), the property has beautiful gardens, and the location is quiet yet so convenient. Charles's poolside breakfasts were outstanding and a real highlight. This was our first time here and we hope to come back. Our best B&B experience ever!

Charles’ place was pure heaven! Every conceivable kindness awaits guests. When we checked in he gave us home made from scratch cookies that were in a word, glorious. He gave us a bottle of wine. The towels are on a towel warmer. The linens are fine crisp, cool and beautiful. Every last detail from the coffee maker and the European bidet to the lighting and the bicycles and helmets available to guests speak volumes about the class and comfortable, laid-back elegance of this absolutely perfect Airbnb experience. Charles even has an alarm clock that projects the time on the ceiling. A hamlet of exquisiteness. My new home away from home.

Our time at the Franklin Hotel was amazing, the room was clean, updated and in an amazing location and the host was very timely with responses and more than friendly! we will absolutely be staying there again!

In town and nicely renovated. We met a nice family and spent some time in the living area, which is very cozy. Can’t beat the location!

Such a unique and conveniently located boutique hotel! We stayed here during a week day adventure and the place was lovely! Very clean, able to accommodate our luggage prior to check in so that we may explore the island without our suitcases, early check in provided as a room had become available, friendly, quick communication, continental coffee in the morning, and an overall great spot. Will absolutely be staying here again on our quick trips back and forth to the island!

We had a great stay at Life House in June. The staff was so accommodating and always made themselves available whether we needed a coffee or a local recommendation, very sociable and kind. The space was cozy and the lobby area was perfect for a few unplanned-for work hours. The location was walkable to town within 5 or so minutes. Would recommend!
