We really loved this place for everything: super-close to there slopes , well-equipped, quite stylish. Mariam was always in touch and willing to help. The prices is really fine for or what you get. Will, definitely, choose this apartment again, when coming to Gudauri.

Amazing apartment with such a great vibe! It was super clean, had high ceilings, and everything you’d need for a comfy stay—a well-equipped kitchen, washer, and adjustable heating. The fast WiFi and desk were perfect for working remotely. Lea was an awesome host—super sweet and quick to respond. We loved the apartment and the neighborhood so much that we booked it again after our trip the mountains. The area has everything—supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and coffee shops, all within walking distance. It’s a third-floor walk-up, but it didn’t bother us. If you want to soak up the real Tbilisi vibe, this is the spot!

Nice little apartment, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a few days. Everything works well. It is clear that Giorgi has spent time trying to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. It’s the small things that matter and that he took care of: good storage space, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, chairs on the balcony to admire the excellent mountain view. My only recommendation would be to replace the curtains in the living room with black-out ones, for even more comfort during the night

Checking fácil e simplificado. O apartamento fica em uma região tranquila e super confortavel. Possui uma cozinha completa, com tudo que você precisa para preparar qualquer alimento. Internet com boa velocidade, Smart Tv na sala de estar, aquecimento em todos os cômodos da casa. A localização é conveniente com supermercados ha uma curta distancia a pé. Recomendo.

Great place to stay in the very heart of Tbilisi! The apartments are located in a brand new house, next to the main museums, Liberty Square, and amazing restaurants around. Room is clean and tidy, area is quiet, perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Good aparts. Just a few issues here: 1. There is a bar right under the room. On Friday/Saturday can be noisy. 2. View from the airbnb broken by new building right in front of beutiful view

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Tbilisi, and it was an amazing experience! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a convenient area close to major attractions. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and provided excellent local tips that made my trip even better. The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.
