A hidden and surprising gem. Made beautiful memories with the family. The beautiful views and fireplace stand out. Hated to leave. Highly recommend. The host was very friendly and informative. If I go back to Georgia, will definietly try to book the place again.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Мы провели замечательное время в этом доме, расположенном в самом сердце старого города Тбилиси. Дом очень уютный, чистый и хорошо оборудованный. Все основные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности, что делает его идеальным по местоположению. Единственное, что стоит учитывать, это крутой подъем к дому. Но это не стало для нас проблемой, так как вид и атмосфера старого города полностью компенсируют этот небольшой недостаток. Рекомендую это место всем, кто хочет окунуться в атмосферу Тбилиси!

Best host ever! We stayed in their lovely place for 3.5 month with a newborn baby. They had welcomed couples with newborn babies in the past few times so they had experience and knew what to do. Their place is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in American way) of their residence which is on the ground floor with a lovely garden. Their place was very spacious, clean, bright, quiet and looked MUCH better than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the host's hospitality and their company. They gave us rides to the hospital for our baby's check ups and vaccination, made us lovely (and the best!) Kachapuri (cheese bread) time to time, or even brought us a Christmas tree. One of the best memory for us as when we were invited to their place to spend the count down for New Year's Eve. They treated us with lovely traditional Georgian dishes. They made our stay in Tbilisi so welcoming and at-home. Now we miss them and their place very much!

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights and can’t complain. Georgy was proactive, helpful and friendly. House is very big and everyone will find a corner for themselves. Definitely recommended if you want to do day trips from Tbilisi and well connected to main roads.

Evin konumu şehir merkezi için çok iyi. Rustavelli caddesi ve eski tiflisin tam ortasında yer aldığı için yürüme mesafesinde ulaşım sağlıyordu. Yan komşudan gelen seslerden gece rahatsız olduğumuzu belirttiğimizde Ruska hemen çözüm sağladı. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir konaklamaydı her şey için teşekkürler 🤍🦢

Brilliant apartment in a great location, 2 mins walk to the gondola but off the main road so quiet and peaceful, great ski rent shop downstairs, everything on your doorstep, would definitely come back

Location is amazing! Near is everything you need. It was very quiet at night time. Flat is cozy, clean and have all these small things like laundry gel, soap, scissors, different types of dishes, full-length mirror😍 and other stuff you need at home.

Peaceful and pleasant and my fourth stay at Ani's place. Ani is a super responsive host and her family nearby for any suggestions and I am appreciative of the delicious welcome amenities. The artistic apartment is spacious and with a tuned piano as pictured, it is always pleasant to stay here and I recommend Ani's place wholeheartedly.

This apartment is a dream for photography lovers — it’s actually a photo studio filled with striking Soviet-era design elements, vintage furniture, and even a massive motorcycle as a centerpiece. The panoramic windows offer incredible views of the city, making it the perfect setting for unforgettable photo shoots. While the location is slightly off the beaten path and the space isn’t ideal for cooking or long-term comfort, it’s perfect for a one-night stay to relax, soak in the creative atmosphere, and capture some amazing shots. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.

Roomy house for 2 families. Not much immediately nearby, but great access to highways for trips into Tbilisi or to other parts of Georgia. Good points: Illiya was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a refreshing swimming pool and a full-size snooker table. The house has plenty of extra space to lounge on couches or the balcony. Fresh apples and peaches from the trees. There are even 2 tortoises that live in the yard. Great views on the surrounding valleys. Negative points: The highway connections are confusing and not convenient for all destinations (but that seems to be a characteristics of all Georgian roads; not just this location). U-turns and strange detours are needed even for nearby destinations. We visited in mid-summer and it was cool enough that no A/C was needed, but there is noise from the highways when the windows are open.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
