Traditional bright House in Pelion with great view

Ένα ισόγειο διαμέρισμα μίας παραδοσιακής διώροφης κατοικίας. Διαθέτει δική του αυλή, με BBQ και ξυλοφουρνο, καθώς και υπέροχη θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, η αυλή, το αίθριο και το μπάρμπεκιου μπορούν να απολαύσουν οι επισκέπτες του ισογείου. Οι μόνοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι το πάρκινγκ και το πλυντήριο στην αποθήκη. Το σπίτι απέχει 5' περπάτημα από την πλατεία του Κισσού και 15' από τις παραλίες του Πηλίου.

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.
