Had a great stay at this place. Guest services were readily available and eager to help with a question I had when first arriving. The description of the property and amenities were spot on. The location itself also offers a great glimpse of the Black Hills wilderness as it rests next to rural properties and is only a five minute drive to state park wilderness grounds. Really enjoyed this spot!

Great location to see all of the Black Hills attractions. Attached to a campground, so you can walk to the office and playground. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, urgent cares are all close by. The house was comfy, the ac worked great, plenty of room for our group of 7. Loved the neighborhood, it was quiet and well kept. Would 100% stay here again or recommend the house to family and friends.

This home is perfect for two couples, there is a lot of space to move about and plenty of spots to relax. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. Our favorite gathering spot was the deck. A rabbit moved in and we enjoyed keeping an eye on him, and the deer that wonder the neighborhood in the evening! The pool table came in handy, and we certainly appreciated being able to put our vehicle in the garage. This home is centrally located to all the sites we came to see. We took the short walk to Canyon Lake Park every evening--what a gem! I would give Chace's home more than 5 stars!

It was just as described. Beautiful place with lots of room. It accommodated our whole family, including a room with beds for the grandkids. Nice hot tub and play area. Was not far from town, yet still out far enough to enjoy the beautiful views. Would highly recommend.

I’m a traveling PT and stayed at Watt’s place for 3 months. Watts and Hopper are the nicest and most accommodating hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. It was a great atmosphere to enjoy the beauty of the black hills, relax inside in the hot tub or socialize with Watts and Hopper and the other renters outside by the firepit. It was a wonderful experience and I would 100% recommend for short and long term renters and I would definitely come back and visit.

The home was perfect for the six of us for the week! We enjoyed our stay and the host was clear, detailed, and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the Black Hills area.

The was great to relax and just enjoy the area. It was quite and yet close to things to enjoy our stay. The place was very inviting and clean.

Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful.

Nice person at check in and very helpful for giving information of the best way to get to various attractions. One of our vehicles blew a fuse and we didn't have the right tool to get into the fuse box. Maintenance man came right away and helped us. Cabin was freshly painted and some improvements made.
