Enjoy an Adventure in "Glamping" at Highland House on Pittsburgher Highland Farm. This custom built Tiny House is situated on over 100 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, sheep & lambs, pigs, fish in the pond, and 2 beehives. You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. Need a getaway in the middle of the woods? Come visit the Whispering Pines Cottage in the mountains. Surrounded by beautiful nature, streams, forests, hiking trails, and so much more! We are located near Linn Run State Park, Powdermill Nature Reserve, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Ohiopyle, and the beautiful, quaint village of Ligonier! Our cottage has a full kitchen with all the basics, 2 beds, and a fully equipped bathroom. We do not have cell reception. Our wifi is VERY SLOW/does not work.

It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. It truly has a “home away from home” feel.
