Lots of shops around us and walking distance to the supermarket, cafes and banks. There are also lovely restaurants on our street, you name it, its here. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

This is an independent townhouse with two floors. Upstairs are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs are the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a small outdoor garden. It is very convenient and free to use independently.
